Other than this, “Company”, “ourselves”, “Us”, “We” implicitly refers to Puppy Cat Promos. Apart from all these, the terms such as “party”, “parties”, or “Us” refers to you and Puppy Cat Promos.

All these terms are well associated with the offer, acceptance, as well as consideration of payment and assistance offered to the client in a best possible manner with an aim to meet their requirements at the extreme as per the company stated services with subject to prevailing US law. Tariff Regulations, Customs Payments, and Refund Policy

Shipping Update: Due to the current tariff situation, some packages may experience delays in transit and customs clearance. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

As part of recent regulatory changes, the government has introduced new tariff policies affecting imports from specific countries. These changes may result in additional customs duties being applied to certain shipments. Consequently, shipping carriers may require recipients to settle these duties before releasing the package for final delivery.

If you receive an email from a shipping carrier requesting payment for customs duties on your tracking number, please follow these steps:

1. Open the link provided in the email/SMS from the shipping carrier.
2. Confirm that the tracking number matches the tracking details previously shared with you by us.
3. Proceed with the payment of the required duty amount.
4. Download the receipt or take a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
5. Email the receipt or screenshot to us at sales@puppycatpromos.com for processing reimbursement.
6. For shipments to the USA, we will cover the full cost and process a refund within one business day, using the same payment method you originally used for your order. Please note, it may take up to five business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Ordering Information

Orders may not be canceled once they have been sent to production. Cancellation fees will apply.

Purchase Order Requirements:

Please be informed that it is important to provide all required details to process an order.

Artwork and Purchase Order should be sent to sales@puppycatpromos.com.

• Please specify exact PMS Colors for imprint and body if applicable
• Quantity
• Imprint Instructions
• Attachment
• Additional attachments or addons
• Full Shipping Address
• In Hands Date/Event Date
• Vector Format of artwork (ai, eps, or pdf)

Please ensure that you carefully review the product information and verify that the Purchase Order includes all necessary details. Puppy Cat Promos shall not be held responsible for any delays incurred if the Purchase Order and initial artwork are sent to an email address other than the designated one.

 

Use of Artwork:

The purchaser shall be responsible for any liability arising from or related to any actual or alleged infringement of trademarks, copyrights, service marks, or similar rights. Two separate artwork will be considered as two separate orders.

 

Proofs: 

If proofs are not needed, please mention on PO or inform Purchase Order Team.

Most products include a complimentary PMS Color Match for imprinting; however, please note that the actual printing may differ from the final product due to an acceptable variance. For specific PMS color information, please consult the product detail page. The factory reserves the right to select the most suitable method of imprinting for the order. Regarding non-stock thread colors, exact matches may not be available, and variations may occur.

We cannot duplicate orders 100%. However, we will try to make the order as close as possible. A digital proof must be requested to confirm the order. If any order(s) is sent without requesting a digital proof request then the order will not be Puppy Cat Promos liability.

 

Refunds:

Refunds due to customer errors will not be issued which also includes typos in the message, wrong PMS color provided or approved, Incorrect address shared and missing on any order details.

If an order is late, only the shipping charges will be pro-rated. Entire order must be returned back to the company by the customer in its original quantity as per invoice of actual order for full refund to be claimed.

Any problem or compliant on the order has to be registered within 15 days of receiving the product. Later than this no complaints will be registered. Customer will have to ship the package back via ground shipping on his own expenses.

 

Payment Terms:

Purchasers need to Pre-Pay all order before the order moves to production. Purchasers who are under Net 15 or Net 30 Terms needs to pay within 15 days or 30 days from the ship date. Puppy Cat Promos has the right to discontinue Net Terms in event of Non-Payment from Purchasers. Puppy Cat Promos reserves the right to put an account under collections if order gets delivered and not paid within 45 days.

 

Shipping:

SPLIT DESTINATION: Please contact sales team. Split shipping charges will be applicable.

Unless specified, we reserve the right to select the best method of shipping, including overnight air service to meet the event date specified on your purchase order. We are not responsible for carrier delays. 

Please note delays on artwork approval or if other confirmation is needed will delay shipping and delivery. Puppy Cat Promos will not be responsible for the delivery date extension. 

CHANGE OF SHIP-TO ADDRESS: Must be received 2 days prior to ship date.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES and zip codes: Puppy Cat Promos will not be responsible if the order gets discarded or lost. No refund will be processed on the order.

ADDRESS CHANGE POST SHIPMENT: Once an order has shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed unless the error is a result of Puppy Cat Promos. In such cases, additional charges may apply.

 

Production:

• Production time commences on the next business day following the approval of artwork and receipt of payment. Production Time does not include day order is received.
• Send purchase order and artwork together to sales@puppycatpromos.com
• Emailed Proof will be sent on request within 3-4 hrs.
• Production times are based on a one-color imprint. Additional imprints or PMS color matches will necessitate additional working days.
• Orders requiring fewer than five working days for fulfillment may be classified as rush service orders, which will incur applicable rush pricing.
• All orders are subject to inventory availability and are contingent upon factory acceptance in accordance with our production schedule.

Replicating/Reorders/Duplicate order color Comparison

We will try to replicate orders as precise as possible of the images or reorders/duplicate orders/same artwork color/product color that are given to us, but there will be no guarantee given on them. In case of reoders the colors will be slightly different as the these are manually mixed and differentiation is natural and inevitable.

Declaration:

We; hereby grant Puppy Cat Promos a license to use, create, edit or de-authorize you to produce any comments from your end from any format or media.

Content Liability

We are not supposed to be held responsible for the content published on your website. It’s your duty to defend us from upsurge claims that are rising on the website. There should be no link on the website that is interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal. You are not allowed to link your or our website with infringed organizations that violate the third party rights.

Reservation of Rights
