HOW TO ORDER
STEP 1: Get a Quote
Once you’ve found a product you’re interested in, give us a call at
(626) 522-9022 to speak with one of our friendly customer service reps. Prefer email? Reach out to us at sales@puppycatpromos.com — our helpful sales team is always ready to answer your questions and provide a quote.
STEP 2: Submit Order
Send your purchase order and artwork to sales@puppycatpromos.com. Once we receive your order, we’ll begin processing it. Please note: All artwork must be submitted via email.
Step 3: Proof Approval
After your order is placed, we’ll provide a digital proof for your review and confirmation. Production will not begin until the proof is approved.
Step 4: Payment
We accept payments via ACH, check, or credit card. Please note: A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Step 5: Production & Shipping
Once your proof and payment are approved, your order will move into production. After production is complete, your items will be shipped. We’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
